Installation of QTJ4-26 Block Making Machine

QTJ4-26 block machine is a kind of semi-automatic type based on the original medium and small-scale block machine by us.It adopts four-lead,channel steel stander making the equipment more firm and the mould and the squeeze head Orientation more precise,and bed mould orientation vertical vibration and upper mould compression vibration,which improves the efficiency greatly and manufactures blocks with more average density and higher strength.Now the installation as follows:

1.Host machine installation requirements

Put host machine on pre-cast cement ground first, making it right and straight according to the four angles of vibration platform and unsmooth ≤ 1mm; and then put the big hopper on the top.

2.Conveying belt installation

Put the 6m (no digging ever) or 8m convey belt in “一” shape or “丁” shape (“丁” shape is recommended). “一” shape requires conveyor center is in a line with host machine center and conveyor top needs to come into one third of big hopper upper opening. “丁” shape requires conveyor center is vertical to host machine center and small hopper center at the same time.

3.Mixer installation

Mostly, vertical type 350 mixer or vertical type 500 mixer are used. It requires that material releasing outlet of mixer should be directed at conveyor center. The motor of mixer is fixed on machine frame by bolts, and its wheel paralleling degree is adjusted according to triangle wheel paralleling degree of mixer. The tightness of the motor triangle belt is finger pressing down 2cm and then fixed by bolts. (Vertical type 350 mixer speed reducer needs 10kg 35-40 machinery oil while vertical type 500 mixer speed reducer needs 15kg 35-40 machinery oil)

4.Refuel position

After installation,please check the reducer, shaft sleeve , vibration box and all of lubrication parts and put in the lubrication oil.

5.Electric equipment constant valve

Installed electric control cabinet and connect the wire to main electric box ,mixer and conveyor belt , and put the knife switch on one side of mixer, in order to use for operators ( request : main power should be with leakage protection circuit breaker)
