Product Features

QT8-15 block making machine main frame adopts gantry frame structure, the oversized super steel manufacturing, strong resistance to vibration, good reliability. The design uses an independent foundation vehicular material storage, and send raw material timely. Mesh wave-like the swing feeding structure ,feeding effect well. Cartridge welding mold, all made of high quality manganese steel carburizing quenching. Even use 100k times, the mould can’t be out of shape and be worn. The QT8-15B can be a simple line with PLD1200 batching machine, JS500 mixer or JS750 mixer, 8m belt conveyor and stacker.

Before painting, we must clean rust and oxide layer on the machines thoroughly. Then paint 4 layers. After above process, machines will be protected well from rust.
